At Sadaiv Life Style, each jewellery piece is thoughtfully crafted using certified lab-grown diamonds and premium materials. As most of our jewellery is made to order or specially prepared, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
That said, we proudly stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we deliver.

✔ Quality Issues & Manufacturing Concerns

If your jewellery arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or you notice a genuine issue within 30 days of delivery, we will take care of it.

Depending on the assessment, we may:

  • Examine the jewellery through our quality team

  • Carry out a professional repair

  • Provide a replacement where applicable

  • Issue a refund only if the issue cannot reasonably be resolved

✔ Ring Resizing Support

Your comfort matters as much as beauty.

Our resizing policy includes:

  • Complimentary resizing up to 2 sizes larger or smaller (one-time service)

  • Resizing beyond this range may incur additional costs due to metal adjustment, labour, or design complexity

Please note: Certain styles, such as full-eternity rings or intricate settings, may have resizing limitations.

✔ Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

We are unable to accept returns or refunds for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Incorrect design, size, or specifications selected by the customer

  • Custom-made or engraved jewellery

  • Orders placed during sales or special promotions

Any approved repair or return request must meet these conditions:

  • Jewellery must be unworn and unaltered

  • Original packaging and certificates must be included

  • Items showing signs of misuse or third-party modification will not qualify

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on banks and payment providers

  • Shipping or handling fees are non-refundable unless the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing fault
